NLP coaching that helps young people think clearly and lead with intention
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaching for children, teens and young adults aged 5–25, and for the parents who support them, with Lara Khneisser, certified New Generation NLP practitioner and founder of AïeLEAD.

Understanding how we think, feel and respond
NLP explores the link between the way we think (neuro), the words we use (linguistic) and the patterns we repeat in everyday life (programming). It offers practical tools to notice unhelpful habits of thought and replace them with ones that support confidence, focus and calm.
New Generation NLP is a modern, person-centred approach. It works with each young person’s own experiences, values and goals rather than a fixed script, so every session feels relevant and respectful.
At AïeLEAD, NLP coaching sits alongside our SOI cognitive skills programmes and emotional and mental wellbeing coaching, so we can support both how a young person learns and how they feel about learning.

Support at every stage
Not sure whether NLP coaching is the right fit? We start with a relaxed conversation to understand your child’s needs, and we will always recommend the support that suits them best, whether that is NLP coaching, SOI cognitive skills training, wellbeing coaching or tutoring.
A gentle, step-by-step process
1. Introductory conversation
A short, no-pressure chat with you and your child to understand what is happening and what you would like to change.
2. Understanding goals
Together we agree a few clear, realistic goals that matter to the young person.
3. Personalised NLP sessions
One-to-one sessions, online or in person in St Margaret’s, London, using techniques matched to each young person.
4. Review and next steps
We review progress regularly with you and adapt the support so it keeps working.
